Valley View Restaurant – A la Carte Set Menu includes :
- New York strip loin of beef cooked medium topped with a pepper sauce served with fries and salad garnish with balsamic dressing
- Ocean caught barramundi fillet pan fried served with Greek salad
- Chicken Caesar salad with Valley View’s secret Caesar dressing topped with shaved pecorino
- Spinach and ricotta ravioli served in a Napolitano sauce
Valley View Restaurant – Sunday Roast Buffet includes :
- Roast beef with whole grain mustard and Ginger Pork with a selection of seasonal vegetables, roast potatoes, red wine gravy served with Yorkshire puddings.
- The Roast Buffet has seasonal soup and bread rolls, as well as a selection of Chefs’ salads, olives, pickles, and daily Chefs’ dishes.

- Pre-lunch wine tasting of still and sparkling wines
- Tasmanian smoked salmon
